just wanted to talk about my vews on why its so hard to keep good people in our guild. we have alot of good guild members, the best ive ever played with but there are some, that just dont have the right attitude for the kind of guild that we are running. along with trying to find good reliable members that will stay with the guild and abide by our policies. we've had alot of trouble in the past with members quiting for no reason, pking ppl who didnt deserve such offense, and just overall rude behavior. i think it all falls under the maturaty of the person playing and not by the level of the character. young players have a different mind set (the i only care about myself attitude) then the mind of someone of a more mature stand point. we need to recruit ppl who will stand by the guild no matter what and think about the whole picture and not just what's in it for themselves, because anybody in the guild knows im the LAST person to think about myself. all of our active guild members atitudes are what i would like to see in our upcomming prospects for the guild, not some hot headed teenager that just got his drivers license and wants to rule the world.
we have an awesome team right now and lets keep up with that mentality.

ok this is wat i think .... if we force everyone into vent then we mite lose a lot more then helping the guild cuz many dont even have that option (due to lag and not enough memory) and i dont htink ppl will spend a lot of money just to play and talk... so that is to be inconsideration ^^

i hear what your sayin staff. i talked with Darkdaz last night about that, his issue with the vent is that his parents dont like the idea of him using a mic and talking with ppl over the internet. i dont want him to go against his parents rules, and i know he is a good person but i think we should HIGHLY encourage vent so that ppl wont be blowing up guild chat. certain situations i can understand why they cant. granted i understand for the need to have all on vent caus it makes things easier and you get to know one another alot better. good point out staff!

I think you both need to space your sentences better because it's all jumbled and hard to read.
